Tisch Baseball Academy is a premier destination for aspiring baseball players, offering nearly two decades of expert coaching and athlete development. Founded by Tim Tisch, a former professional pitcher with the Chicago White Sox—who notably threw a no-hitter against the St. Louis Cardinals organization—the academy is grounded in experience, passion, and a deep commitment to player safety.

After suffering a career-ending injury, Coach Tim shifted his focus to helping young athletes avoid the same fate. His personal journey fuels the academy’s mission: Teach the game, and instill a lifelong appreciation for health, well-being, and the joy of playing baseball. The coaches prioritize injury prevention, proper mechanics, and long-term athletic development.

At Tisch Baseball Academy, players may benefit from video analysis, allowing for detailed, individualized feedback that helps refine mechanics and build a strong technical foundation. We integrate biomechanics-based training and targeted strength and conditioning, improving performance while reducing the risk of overuse and acute injuries.
